Nicaragua Molino Norte

Roast: Medium

Sourced from smallholder farmers in the region of Matagalpa. Grown at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1590 meters, this coffee reflects the unique terroir of Molino Norte, where clay-rich soils and careful cultivation produce beans of exceptional quality.

Flavor Profile: A Balanced and Bright Cup

A cup that offers a balance of cocoa richness, delicate floral notes, and a bright citrus finish. The medium roast brings out the best in these flavors.

Artisan Craftsmanship:

Our Nicaraguan coffee is crafted from a blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties, grown by dedicated farmers who prioritize quality and sustainability. The beans are fully washed and then fermented for 12-14 hours, a process that enhances their natural sweetness and complexity. After fermentation, the beans are carefully dried on patios and raised beds, ensuring a consistent and flavorful cup every time.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Premium Quality: SHG (Strictly High Grown) and EP (European Preparation) certified, guaranteeing beans of the highest density and quality.
  • Complex Flavor: The combination of cocoa, floral, and citrus tones creates a vibrant and well-rounded flavor profile.
  • Sustainable Practices: Produced by smallholder farmers committed to environmentally friendly practices, ensuring that your coffee not only tastes good but is also ethically sourced.

Perfect For:

Coffee aficionados who appreciate a well-balanced and nuanced cup, with both rich and bright elements.
