Our trial request form is for clarinets. Accessories follow a quick order-and-return process instead.

Trying an accessory?

Barrels, mouthpieces and resonators don’t need a trial request. Just order the one you want — if it isn’t the right fit, return it under our trial policy below. (Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery, in new condition, with the original invoice.)

All clarinets, barrels, mouthpieces and resonators are available for trial. A refund will be issued for items that are returned in new condition, less shipping charges incurred by seller and 3% restocking / cleaning fee. There is also a 4% transaction fee if payment was accepted electronically via credit card or ordered through our website, for a maximum of a 7% return fee, plus shipping costs. Trial returns must be postmarked no later than 5 days after delivery and include the original invoice. There is no restocking fee if a purchase is made. Damaged items will be returned to the buyer and considered sold.

Customers from outside of the United States should contact us for quotes on international shipping. There are no returns accepted for international customers at this time, and you will be responsible for duties / taxes assessed by your country. Purchasing from our website does NOT include these additional taxes.

Warranty

All Corbin and Royal Global barrels are warranted for 1 full year, with a repair or replacement for cracking not caused by mishandling. Accessories that have been modified by the customer will not be covered under warranty.

All Royal Global clarinets feature a comprehensive 3 year warranty. We are an Authorized Dealer and Distributor for Royal Global and can handle warranty claims.
