All clarinets, barrels, mouthpieces and resonators are available for trial. A refund will be issued for items that are returned in new condition, less shipping charges incurred by seller and 3% restocking fee. There is also a 3% transaction fee if payment was accepted electronically via credit card or ordered through oru website. Trial returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after delivery for accessories, or 10 days for clarinets, and include the original invoice. There is no restocking fee if a purchase is made. Damaged items will be returned to the buyer and considered sold.
Customers from outside of the United States should contact us for quotes on international shipping. There are no returns accepted for international customers at this time.
Warranty
All Corbin and Royal Global barrels are warranted for 1 full year, with a repair or replacement for cracking not caused by mishandling. Accessories that have been modified by the customer will not be covered under warranty.
